MISSION

The mission of the SSMO Foundation is to develop financial
support for the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon and their
ministries
through positive communications, donor education and involvement.

ANNUAL GIVING
Maximize fundraising results by engaging donors through education,
cultivation and solicitation and aligning donor interests
with funding needs.
CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
Plan and implement a comprehensive fundraising campaign
to support the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon's Master
Plan, yielding
excellent financial results and a larger community understanding
of and sustained interest in the Sister's vision for the
21st
century. Please join us in
supporting the Sisters and their plan for an enhanced SSMO
Campus.
COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLIC RELATIONS
Create and foster unique identity of SSMO as an active and
faith-centered ministry renowned for excellence in education,
healthcare and community spiritual development.
FINANCIAL PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Serve as an excellent steward of donor resources to meet the
financial needs of the Sisters' ministries and strengthen
the financial independence of SSMO and the Foundation while.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Establish and maintain high quality prospect and donor information
to support the strategic development of fundraising, communications
and marketing.
SSMO COMMUNITY RESOURCE
Position the Foundation as a resource to the SSMO community,
providing expertise in information dissemination and communications,
volunteer management, resource development and event planning.
MARKETING
Market the services of the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon
(Bethany Center, SSMO Campus Schools, Maryville and Little
Flower
Development
Center)
to capitalize
on our unique strengths and opportunities relative to others
in the region.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Plan and coordinate sustainable and successful events that
engage internal and external audiences.
