Xiomara Baca, Charge Nurse, was surprised to be chosen as Maryville’s Employee of the Month. Mylene Cepeda, Director of Nursing Services, gathered her colleagues together for the surprise announcement last Thursday. Xiomara was praised for her poise in emergencies, her conscientiousness, and being a team player.
Xiomara’s supervisor, Maria De Guzman, Resident Care Manager, said, “I have seen a lot of growth and improvement. She has really excelled.”
After recovering from her astonishment at earning the Employee of the Month honor, Xiomara said, “I love working here!”
